He is also listed in the 1870 and 1880 census in Coosa Co, and in the 1900 census he was in Chilton Co. Andrew's death certif. listed him as a farmer and was 82yrs and 6 mos. old at time of death. He is buried at Shiloh/Kincheon Cemetery in Chilton. Co. Alabama.spouse: Blankenship, Faithy (Faith) Ann (1833 - 1902)Andrew was in the Civil War attached to Co G, 25th Alabama Infantry. According to National Archive Records he Enlisted Nov 1, 1862 at Talladega, Ala. Those records also state he was a Prisoner of War, Captured Dec 15, 1864 near Nashville,Tenn. He was sent to Camp Douglas, ILL. where he stayed till his release May 15, 1865. These records also state his hight was 6'1, complexion dark, hair black, eyes hazel. Alabama State pension records also show he was wounded at New Hope Church, Ga. Grape shot in the ankle and suffered from a subsequent dislocation of his foot.

Floyd (Boots) Wright was killed on Attu Island during WWII. He was the first person to be buried at Boone's Chapel after his body was sent home in 1945. John was listed on the 1880 census with his father Andrew, John was 22. Shortly there after John was married. I have found no record of his first wifes name due to the 1890 census being destroyed. I don't know if she died or if they were divorced. John had six children by that marrage. He married the second time in 1899 to Ellen The 1900 census in Chilton Co. Alabama listed John Married to Ellen born 1876 age 23. John was 41 at the time. It also stated this was John's second marrage.
